Rates

Peak Season Rates are from December 1 to February 15. All bedrooms accommodate a maximum of two guests. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and are subject to change without prior notice.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included for standard occupancy: two guests per Manor House bedroom and four guests per Countryside Cottage.

The Manor House is booked as a whole villa. Individual room requests are subject to specific arrangements and availability; selecting a room below does not guarantee an individual room booking.

*A security deposit totaling 30% of the total stay amount is required to secure your reservation. PayPal, or domestic wire transfer is accepted.

PAYMENT

All rates quoted in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of tax and service charge. A 30% security deposit is required at time of reservation - this ensures your specific requested room & date(s).

CHECKING IN

The Heritage House & Garden is a located in countryside, residential neighborhood. We do not accept walk-in guests. Advance reservations are required.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out is 12:00 PM

You will commonly receive a welcome email a few days prior to your arrival that include our check - in instructions.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY/WEEKEND RATE

We have a minimum 2 night stay policy over the public holiday period and weekend. For stays of a week or longer, please contact us for special rate.
 

CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, we are unable to return your deposit. However, we will make every effort to re-schedule you for a different time period. Please kindly notify us of your rescheduling request 14 days in advance and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
